[Novalug] Tools to diagnose sluggish NFS performance

Hi everyone.  I haven't been on the list in a few years, but I'm back since
my job has required me to keep up to date on Linux.

I'm in dire need of some tools to diagnose problems with NFS.  For some
reason, I'm only able to get 68-70k write speeds over a 100 mb full dux
network.  Where can I find information on what's going wrong?
