BTW, ever since 2000, you've been able to make a non-privileged user.
Assign Teen #1 such a user, and worry a few tenths less about having to
remove car privileges.  ;-)

Mayble they'll start teaching safe-computing in high-schools since it
doesn't involve evolution.  (As long as you don't count genetic
algorithms).
