[Novalug] PCMCIA WiFi Card Recommendation Needed...

Kurt,
I just spoke to Proxim technical support and they confirmed that the
current Proxim 802.11 PCMCIA cards are NOT natively supported in Linux.
Thus, as with many of the other cards, an NDISwrapper solution would be
required for their current product which is what I have in my small stock.
As stated before, the older Orinico Gold "Classic" cards with the Proxim
(and perhaps Lucent as well) model number of 8410 have Linux drivers.
Proxim itself no longer markets these cards so it is whatever is left in
the channel including places like ebay.
