[Novalug] copying web sites

Hi all,

 I have two linux servers using Apache, PHP and MySQL
that We are using for our developers.

 I have installed two new servers and I want to
migrate the websites (virtual hosts) and keep them
online both until I am sure that I can substitute the
current one by the new one.

 I figure out that a simple tar file of the websites
and maybe a rsync to keep it up to date would be fine
for the files residing in Apache.

 When It comes to MySQL, I want something handy like
in the case of Apache, something that allows me to
take all databases in the server and put them in the
new one, and keep a synchronization to make my life
easier when I disconnect the old server.

 I have seen that there are tools like SQLyog that
might be what I need, but I would like to hear your
advices and suggestions
