Hi,

  I would like to have a sketch of my work office to be able to spot 
wall network jacks easily, and numbering them.

  I am looking for a tool to draw this sketch and be able to make easily 
walls, tables, and spot the network jacks on it, and of course, be able 
to modify the sketch if needed.

  I have found a free tool called Smartdraw, but I only can export it as 
embedded image or PDF, so I would need to buy a license.

  Any nice open source tool? I have found on freshmeat and sourceforge 
and the only ones that I found are 3D tools that other ones that don't 
meet my requirements...
