Well my logic was that the location of the target is based on host 
name.  But the IP of the host can change because of DHCP.  So, if I have 
my laptop "shakespeare" at 192.168.0.200 today and 192.168.0.180 
tomorrow, I can still just rsync to the same location on disk.
