[Novalug] free textbooks

I would love to see "free textbooks" for each piece of software
that gets written.  The stuff I want to know is almost never
(or ever) easy to find, from what it does, to how to use it,
to how it works.

"free text-book" (on Lisp and building a Lisp Interpreter)
there that can be downloaded as a .pdf file.
