Most of mine are covered here... TechCrunch, ValleyWag, JoS, and a few
others.  But more and more, I've been rolling my own.

If you use Google News, you can search for terms and then get an RSS
feed from them.  Plug that into your reader - I use Bloglines - and
you end up getting a custom feed.  And the best part is that all the
logic (quotes, not's, etc) that you can use in a normal search can be
used in a news alert.  You can also have these sent via email.

You have to be careful though, if you just use a term like "linux",
you're going to get flooded with crap.  If you combine it with
"kernel" or "ubuntu" or whatever you can actually get something
useful.
