While I agree that they got him fair and square with one of their 
gimmicks (except for misquoting a price--but who doesn't know enough to 
double check that anyway?), it's hard to be on AT&T's side.  I sort of 
feel the same way about telecommunications as I do about the recording 
industry and music trading:  sure maybe technically, and legally, 
they're right, but they're also evil.  We're overcharged in this country 
due to cartels and ogilopolies.  I like free market, but without enough 
government intervention the market can quickly become un-free, taken 
over by powerful companies.

Too bad no one thinks about the anti-trust laws anymore.  That's the 
kind of thing that made America prosperous.
