I can forgive someone for not knowing off the top of their head even an
estimation of how much data is on a single page. I mean they should be
able to guess within one order of magnitude, but that's still a big
range. But someone who claims to be a "web developer," regardless of
what their technical expertise is, should have enough sense and
forethought to say "gee, maybe I'll check and see how big paypal, ebay,
and a wordpress blog are." So if he's smart, he wouldn't boast to AT&T
(or us) about his credentials. He makes it sound like "no one could
ever know how much they were going to pay, not even a web developer like
myself!"
