[Novalug] PHP and MySQL hosting

Miguel,

I've been w/ BlueHost (one of the ones on that list) for a couple of
years now and in general have been fairly satisfied.  They're one of the
few out there in the price/feature range that's still willing to provide
ssh access, which is one of my requirements and tends to narrow the
field rather quickly.
