[Novalug] Looking for VOIP recommendations / advice

Skype is supported on Linux and Windows.  My wife uses it to talk to her
parents in Lithuania.  She has a windows machine partially because Skype
video is not available on Linux.  Her parents are on Windows as well.  The
Skype video works quite well.

Additionally, Skype "voice only" works very well over dial up if needed.
