[Novalug] Eclipse

I've been using Eclipse as my primary IDE for Perl, PHP, Python and a
little Java tying into CVS and SVN for the last 3 or 4 years.  So I can
relate my experiences, but actually DOING stuff with it (plugin writing,
etc) is a little out of my experience...
