Yes, Parallels :)

I haven't tried it yet (waiting for the version with AMD hardware
virtualization support), but there is a version of Parallels for Linux
that's $50 IIRC.

Of course for running individual applications Wine is usually the tool
of choice, and it's free & open source.  There are also some commercial
forks of Wine which have wider application support.  Cedega is a
gaming-oriented version, and CodeWeaver's CrossOver is geared towards
office applications.

Try Wine first, but if that doesn't work all of those commercial options
are under $100.
