[Novalug] OT: laptop

There are groups at yahoo called "freecycle" (
FreecycleRockville at yahoogroups.com). Each city or area has its own freecycle
group - the theory being that you would not want to drive a long distance to
pick up free stuff - which is usually of pretty limited value.  I've seen
old Pentium I or Pentium II computers from time to time - and once in a blue
moon someone gives away an old Pentium I laptop - but they get snapped up
instantly - I've never been able to get an e-mail back from the person
giving them away before they were gone.
