Yes, actually that is one of the technologies I was referring to.  I  
believe that is EV-DO/UMTS Wireless BroadBand, there is also an HSDPA  
Wireless Broadband connection (all depends on the cellular provider  
network).  These all have speeds up to around 3mbs down.  They are  
all part of the new high speed 3G wireless networks.
