[Novalug] VDQ Grub : UPDATE

 	Having acknowledged that I need to buckle down to vi (or 
vim, or the GUI for that -- opinions?), I soon realized that it 
would take me some time before I would feel safe editing an 
executable file with it, much less a config file, and least of 
all one for something like grub, or xorg, or ...

 	Otoh, I was (and am) hoping to use Fedora on the P2 today 
a/o tomorrow for a kludgeroo in preparation for the arrival of my 
new machine, which UPS has scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. At 
least, I am if I can get Fedora equipped with the apps I want.

 	So I decided to try re-installing FC6, and letting it 
update the bootloader. It did -- and you'll all laugh. Now the 
fool machine boots only to Fedora!

 	However, what I want to do with CentOS can wait; so the 
present unsatisfactory situation is the lesser evil, though a 
galling one. <sigh> Stay tuned. This problem will arise again, if 
in a transmogrified form. <sigh again>
