[Novalug] Vi Problem

Plowing through documentation has enabled me to discover two things about 
my printing problem:

1. A4 paper size and duplex printing are the default values for 
kvim/vim/vi.

2. The configuration files are read in order and the first one on the 
list that is found takes precedence. On my computer that is .exrc in my 
home directory. Making changes in that file causes changes in my 
configuration.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find the correct syntax to set 
paper size and nodplex printing. Can someone throw me a clue?
