[Novalug] virtualization question

I am curious what you think about his one:

can a single p-4 3.2 ghz machine handle an sbs2k3 server in one virtual 
machine and a cs:source and hlds server(10 players each) in the main os? 
  I would be using centos as the host os.  I would have 3 gigs of ram 
installed.
