[Novalug] OT: need a source for public domain sound clips (airlines jet engine, etc.)

Hi,
   
  I am searching for open source / public domain sound clips of airline jet engine, to add to a video presentation I attended in the Domican Republic.
   
  So far, the ones that the search engines claim are "free" require payment.  
   
  Im actually lookin for a variety of sound clips... runway idle up/down, takeoff, cruizing altitude senses dulling endless droaning, etc.  Ugh.. I have a headache thinking of it.
