[Novalug] Suse 9.2 Default login behavior

You didn't say whether you were using KDE, Gnome, or something else.

Find the Preferences too, (KDE callis it Control Center) and look thru 
the options, specifically the Session options. Common choices are "new 
blank session", "new default session", and "pick up where you left off".

You may have also triggured an autosave/autoresume thing via the 
hubernation mechanism.
