[Novalug] bounced e-mail

I sent out the email about the smart card. I use pine. I am telnetted
to my account at qis.net.

I made it a new composition by pasting the novalug address into the to:
field. no cc's or bcc's.

The message bounced back to me from 

MAILER-DAEMON at leoadaly.com

saying that it had 'card' in the subject field.

now what could have caused the message to be sent to leoadaly.com?
