Board looks in good shape, don't see anything to suggest a bad cap, burned up
component, etc.

I've had several CPUs fail.

I've had my share of memory related problems.

As a matter of fact, the only thing I've never had fail on me in a compuer is
the case. I have had parts short out due to touching the case, or having the
wiring get frayed.
