     Yes, but it wasn't installed during the (pretty much) default
installation of 10.1.  Maybe that has changed in 10.2.
     Like rug & zmd, I have no experience with smart or know why one
would use it.  Smart's RPM's info states "This tool"... ..."will bring
notable advantages over native tools currently in use (APT, APT-RPM,
YUM, URPMI, etc)."  Darned if I know if this is true and/or why.  I just
haven't had time (or the inclination] to find out.
