I can speak to the DCLUG vote.   We had 13 respondants at the DCLUG meeting of
21 Feb 2007.   The ballots were anonymous folder over pieces of paper collected by
David Lesher and sealed in a Subway sandwich plastic sleeve with a knot.   I
them mailed the 13 ballots to the designated counting location.
