Yaya, preaching to the choir - I totally get that, but...

Neighbor "junked" a 266MHz P-II because it wasn't working.
It came new with Win97, and had been upgraded to W2K.  I
tried it, and the only thing that seemed wrong was a borked
mouse driver.  Still, with 6GB HD and 64M Ram, it couldn't
be upgraded via MicroShaft anymore.

It's got Linux on it now.  It's a happy machine. And it's not
in a landfill now.  Nuff said. :P
