IIRC you are not allowed to run servers. They have a business plan
with better bandwidth, static IP, etc that is around 100 I believe.
That is what you would want.
If you get FiOS, they will tell you that they have to cut copper to
the house. I know people w/ business that didn't cut the copper.
I know people who have had home and business accounts and are very
happy with reliability. I am under 24 hours so I can't say from
personal experience.
