Dan,

the 5GB you refer to may relate t to Verizon Wireless's policy for their 
EVDO wireless service and not Verizon's FIOS service. If Verizon has any 
policy limit on its FIOS service I would expect that it would be much 
higher than 5gb a month given the kind of bandwidth that Greg is seeing. 
Furthermore, Verizon wants to pump IP video over FIOS wherever the PUC's 
will allow it so there is the potential at least for huge amounts of 
content "consumption" in the residence.
