I have the same thing. I'm currently paying $56 per month. In six months, 
I've had two unscheduled outages - both less than one hour duration. Cox 
needed to come out on one of them. It took 35 minutes from the time I 
placed the call. The repair took fifteen minutes.

I'm getting 6159 down and 2036 up according to the speed test I just ran.
