Sorry - I wrote Quicken but meant Quickbook....

My experience was that MyBooks is not as intuitive.  The accountant made
several references to where it was expected the package would just
readily default under a given business type (services in my case).

I truly tried to use the Linux solution on principle.  I did see,
however, that "the cost of my principle" was higher than I was/am
willing to pay.  

Remember, I'm a geek not an accountant.  If I knew more in that arena,
it might have been different...  YMMV
