http://www.apple.com/iphone/ gives me the impression that Apple is using a definition of "multi-touch" that does not mean multiple places touched at the same time.  M$ is certainly doing that, to let you pivot and resize things.  Anybody see what's so multi about Apple's definition?  I don't get it.
