[Novalug] Ubuntu (Gutsy) and my .gnupg directory

My .gnupg is owned by me (group is users - std for SuSe).  I have copied
the directory around to different systems w/o any issues.  All files
in .gnupg have 600 permissions (-rw-------) and have the same
owner/group privledges.
