[Novalug] To the man with the child, manners during meetings?

I have a question, and I phrase it as a question as I do not have any
authority or control over the meetings.

Does the person who was sitting in the back of the meeting with his
son think it was fair of him to disturb and interrupt the rest of
those trying to watch the presenter?

Given that your son was busy playing video games instead of watching
the presentation, and that you later joined him and were playing
games on your laptop instead of watching the presenter, why where you
at the meeting? Was it only to annoy others?

I don't mind people bringing there children. I don't mind them doing
something else other than watching the presenter. But they need to
do it quietly so that others are not disturbed. If they can't do
that couldn't you please leave the room so the rest of us are not
distracted?

This goes doubly so if your going to be playing the game and your son
is going to cheer you on and tell you to hit the R key to jump!

Can't you respect the rest of us and keep the video game parlor at home?

Thank you,
David

PS. I don't know who you were so could not contact you directly,
hence I had to post to the list, sorry.
