Why nobody approached him quietly and ask him gently to be quiet during 
the presentation or ask him to leave? If not, the alternative is always 
the presenter stops the presentation and ask the person to be quiet. It 
is a kind of teacher of school thing but I'm sure it'd work after the 
personal request
