[Novalug] Debian etch perl error!

I just upgraded the perl on one of my servers with
apt-get and now I am getting a weird error - Errno
architecture (i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi-2.6.18.3)
does not match executable architecture
(i486-linux-gnu-thread-multi-2.6.22-3-amd64) at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/Errno.pm line 11.
Compilation failed in require at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/File/Temp.pm line 144.

I am running several twikis and this error affects 3
of them.  I am using Intel architecture so I am not
sure what this means.  Has anyone seen this error
before?
