Greg,

     You probably should not _yet_ consider buying a phone based on OpenMoko, due to its immaturity, but it is a fascinating technology nevertheless. If  the articles in Linux Journal are correct, someday, we may _all_ be using phones that are based on OpenMoko. See, e.g., the interview with one of the lead OpenMoko (OM) developers that appears in the December issue of LJ, which has covered OM in other, recent issues.

     When you find a good phone, please let the rest of us know, especially if it is based on Linux.
