[Novalug] running cgi-bin scripts locally via apache and browser

dumb me - it turns out I used the wrong syntax in the browser for the 
script that worked before dinner:

it has to go to http://localhost/cgi-bin/random.cgi

so that one works.


think i will wait until tomorrow to try and figure out why neither of the 
later scripts i wrote want to work.
