[Novalug] DreamWeaver equiv for Linux?

I need to have a WYSIWYG for web page editor. I was given a page to
maintain and well, you can't use VI because the code is just
horrible. 

So, the builders used DreamWeaver and 400$ seems steep to me for a
program.
