[Novalug] DreamWeaver equiv for Linux?

Agree completely.  I use Dreamweaver a fair amount and tried out nvu to see
if I could find a nice alternative.  nvu is about 2 or 3 revs behind
Dreamweaver IMHO.  If you aren't trying to do "fancy" or "modern" things in
your webpage and just trying to keep some basic HTML maintained, nvu will be
more than satisfactory.
