[Novalug] DreamWeaver equiv for Linux?

Why does the page/link want to set a "cookie" 
 of type: "any type of connection"
 name: __utma
With a LIFE until 9/30/2009 8:36:51 PM ??????????????

Sounds like some type of "TRACKING" cookie to me and I think they are
rude to set/use such without at least first asking permission of the
user!!!

I have my browser set to "ask always", but...
