[Novalug] DreamWeaver equiv for Linux?

I think I'd snooze through a presentation on an app like this. It
doesn't look like there's much to it, functional as it may be. Sure
there are probably features I'd like buried within, but I think it'd be
a little lame to devote an entire meeting to it.
