the obvious solution would to be either use the "insert file" functionality from the menu or cut-n-paste. use one if the other doesn't work. as i recall, text pasting changes the font, but that's easily fixed. personally, i'd just use 'vi', but i recognize that there are occasions when that just isn't is enough. -- Mark Smith mark at winksmith.com mark at tux.org
