[Novalug] Mac on Linux or Linux on Mac

Hi,

  I have a G4 that I want to use for learning about virtualization 
technologies on Linux (OpenVM, VirtualBox, Xen, is there any other one 
that run on PowerPC?). I have seen the project Mac on Linux but I'd like 
to know if it is reasonable try to do this or is better to go the 
"legal" way (running Linux on Mac).
