[Novalug] OT - McQuaig IQ test?

Years ago (more than 10) a company I used to work at became interested
in it but I thought it was more of a personality than an IQ test.  The
"guy in charge" at the time (since bounced from the company) wanted to
encourage a mixture of personalities and problem solving approaches in
teams.  I have always thought that trying to quantify an individual
was unreliable and probably unfair because it might limit their
opportunities for subjective reasons.
