[Novalug] Linux and Printing (or print drivers configuration)

The situation is improving, bit by bit.  Brother Industries, Ltd just added
formal support for Linux this year (some models of Lexmark printers are
actually just refurbished, rebranded Brother printers).

Which is a 180 degree change from a couple of years ago when a support
manager I had escalated to told me they "...would never support Linux, just
use Windows!"
