[Novalug] SCO Filed Chapter 11

Its driving me nuts too. Chapter 11 doesnt mean anything in terms of 
business. Everyone and their brother will file chapter 11 if they can, 
its debtor protection and lets you reorganize your company while paying 
minimum payments and even wiping out some unsecured loans. You know all 
those things on tv where they claim you can buy stuff cheap for "pennies 
on the dollar"? Ever wonder where that stuff comes from? In Chapter 11, 
SCO can continue to do business as it has. It can continue to sue 
people, make life miserable for open source and otherwise still do what 
they always have done.

Chapter 11 != Chapter 7      7 is the liquidation bankruptcy that 
everyone thinks of when they hear the word.
