heh.... moving back and forth is possible depending on the employer
and if they are enlightened. if you are capable of learning techie
stuff, then just because u don't use it doesn't mean it won't come
back or u can't learn the latest tool.

I have moved back and forth. i run stuff at home and help others, so
that keeps me relatively sharp.
