If I may... The problem, as I understand it, is he has a fillable PDF.
Upon filling it in, he cannot save it as a PDF, but wants to. Instead,
he prints it to a file, ending up with a Postscript file. Great for
Linux users, not so great for Windows users that he wishes to send to.
Attempting to turn it back into a PDF with ps2pdf didn't work.

I suggested either trying to find a way to print "raw" or "COPY
filename.ps LPT1:" at the DOS prompt as I think that used to work.

But there may be other, better ways.  Or did I miss something (either
in the problem or the other solutions offered)?
