I guess I am sometime too paranoid. We all tend to want what we ordered
NOW! So when the message comes up like the one I got, we might just do
what we can to speed things up or at least do what we can to not slow
the process down.
Well, I got the message below at 18:13:06 EST. I decided not to provide
the last four of my SSN and was prepared to call this morning. Well, I
logged on and checked my email. At 23:49, UPS picked up the item and I
had a tracking number!
I am truly impressed by TigerDirect's unbelievably fast shipping. 5.5
hrs from order to shipped!!! It is like they were waiting for my order
and jumped to fill it. But their requesting the last four of my SSN and
passing it to a third party is a real concern. This is a trend I don't
wish to see...
In the meantime, I now have to get ready to store a bit of data!! WOOT!
