Hi
Names Neal Thrailkill been on the list for a while "looking" at the 
posts but thought I would write in and ask a couple of question.  I have 
a new job and I am trying to get ahead and become familiar with Red Hat 
( is Red Hat Enterprise Linux also pronounced like RAIL?) I picked 
CentOS.  I have been in the tech field since 92 and even worked on Unix 
for a short time (Xenix and  AT&T  III, IV)   which  were old at the 
time when  I  worked on them.  I am a jack of all trades seen windows NT 
to Novell to UNIX. Did more server work on the first 65% of my career.  
The last part of my current career was mostly PC support.   Found  a 
company  thought it was the next RED HAT / Microsoft ( to eventually 
take off like them).  Talk about a train wreck ( anybody want to read a 
soap opera and HOW to not run a company

Sorry I digress I have installed Linux ( half heartedly)  of and on for 
about 7 years still have RED Hat server box version 2?? for $150?? My 
money well spent on a box ( looked nice on the shelf I must admit). 

I have a HP Pavilion ZE4200 with centOS on it ( Version 5 )
Network card wireless  WPC54GS  VER 2.1 i am trying to get up and 
running.  I do a search on CENTOS and WPC54GS and not very much comes 
up.  If I search RED Hat more shows.  This is ok right ?? There 
virtually the same???
How do you unzip a ZIP file EXE in Linux to get to the windows driver ??? 

What books do you recommend for a semi newbie for Red Hat and the Linux 
command set?

Thanks for the presentation today enjoyed it.  Thanks to the guys who I 
talked to to get some other info from at the meeting.
